All sales are final. I accept returns for exchange, for items damaged in transit only.
Damaged Portrait During Transit
I package the finished product securely, but sometimes things happen and it may get damaged in transit. If you have received a portrait that was damaged in shipping, please email me at email@example.com to alert me of the damage.
I will either repair or replace your portrait with a new one using the same identical photo only. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
There might be a wait time on the replacement depending on the other commissions that I am working on at the time, and the time of the year.
